You can book a test ride of a Desiknio e-bike via our website. To process your booking and arrange an appointment with your nearest authorised dealer, we collect the following data: your first name and surname, email address, preferred date and location, and any additional information you optionally provide.
Your booking data will be shared with the relevant authorised dealer solely for the purpose of scheduling and conducting your test ride. The dealer will use this data only in connection with your appointment.
We process this data on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time, in which case your booking request will be cancelled. Please note that we may need to retain certain data for a limited period to confirm or cancel an existing appointment.
To receive promotional information, e.g. about our products and special offers, by email, you can subscribe to our newsletter. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we use the data you have entered. Transmission of your data to third parties and third countries: Messages are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France).
